  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in workmanship or materials.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization:
    We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return policy requirements.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
